We’re Robin Heller and Jen Levy, the designers behind Surrounded By Color. We like to take whimsical, energetic, maybe-kinda-crazy-seeming ideas and turn them into cozy, lovely, livable spaces that make people happy. 

Together we bring with us over 30 years of combined experience in design, production, marketing, and styling from New York City, Los Angeles, and now our hometown of Baltimore.

Our design mission is simple: to make this experience fun. Renovations and redesigns can be stressful in many ways, but we keep it light, exciting and never too precious.
